Our first blog post EVER and have we got a dog for you. Maggie is a terrier mix, and she loves belly rubs. No, seriously, she LOVES them.

I have never seen a dog do this, but I had the pleasure of witnessing it while shooting some b-roll with Jamie from Fox 13. He wanted to get some footage of any transfers from afar, and Maggie fit the bill. We took her out the visitation area behind the kennels, and once I took that leash off, I didn’t get what I was expecting.

Take the factors of being locked up in a kennel without room to play, not a lot of visitors on such a slow day, and that day being a beautiful sunshiny Florida day…one would expect a highly energetic dog in need of some taming. But, as soon as the leash was removed, Maggie didn’t run away, she didn’t start jumping everywhere, she didn’t even leave my side. Instead, she rolled over onto her back…and this is what took place…

This was a reinactment, but not far from the truth. Maggie needs a home…and someone who gives great belly rubs.
